Büchi vacuum pump V-700

The V-700 vacuum pump is a chemical-resistant PTFE diaphragm pump for use with all gases and vapours typically used in the laboratory. With a flow rate of 1.8 m³/h and an ultimate vacuum of less than 10 mbar, it covers a wide range of classic applications in the laboratory and is optimally suited for working with a rotary evaporator. Other typical applications include the evacuation of drying ovens or vacuum centrifuges and the generation of a vacuum for filtration purposes or the transfer of liquids.
The unique pump head with window allows visual inspection of the diaphragm for easy checking of evaporation conditions and detection of impurities. Quiet and low vibration thanks to sophisticated sound insulation, an enclosing housing and mass balancing. Integrated gas ballast for drying the membranes during operation ensures a constantly high pumping speed. Practically maintenance-free, easy access to the diaphragms, compact design and solid construction, with integrated carrying handle. Strict axial movement of the diaphragm increases its service life.
