The SP500 combines renowned reliability and a host of high-quality features in a compact, value-oriented solution. It is capable of fast output, printing 40 columns at 4 lines per second. This printer series features a bi-directional, logic search mechanism that results in exceptional throughput that far exceeds its competition. The compact footprint is further enhanced by the internal power supply - no "brick on a string" for this printer. This efficiency is also evident in the highly effective cable management system, which allows the interface and internal power supply cables to be neatly tucked away behind a protective cover.

The hinged lid of the SP500 with integrated rain channel protects the pressure from spilled liquids and other foreign bodies. The protection from the elements and single-colour highlighting of the SP500 series offers an excellent solution for catering and kitchen applications.
