DxH 520 Hematology Analyzer, Beckman Coulter

The DxH 520 is a quantitative, automated, multi-parameter hematology analyzer for in-vitro diagnostics in clinical laboratories, including hospital, reference and physician office laboratories. It is used to distinguish the normal patient with normal system-generated parameters from patients with abnormal parameters and/or flags that require additional testing. The DxH 520 identifies and enumerates the following parameters: WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, RDW-SD, PLT, MPV, LY%, LY#, MO%, MO#, NE%, NE#, EO%, EO#, BA%, BA# in whole blood samples (venous and capillary) collected in anticoagulants K2EDTA and K3EDTA, as well as pre-diluted whole blood.

The device is in very good, fully functional condition. It is housed in a cell therapy manufacturing facility and was used until recently for the GMP manufacture of a cell product. The device has been regularly serviced.
